It's a hands-on, fun class that teaches you how to create a mini feast of Malaysian favourites
Held at Ning restaurant in York, it's a hands-on, fun class that teaches you how to create a mini feast of Malaysian favourites including Rendang and Murtabak.
It's led by the restaurant's Malacca-born head chef Aboon and sous chef Amin. Together they'll introduce you to their culinary heritage – Malay (the bedrock of Malaysian cuisine) and Nyonya – a fusion cuisine unique to Malaysia and Singapore.
There are Malaysian cookery classes coming up at Ning York on 26 October and 30 November. Classes cost just £75 per person. For dates and menus, click the link below.
