PROPERTY and regeneration company Urban Splash is creating new jobs in Yorkshire.
The developer is about to complete work at its redevelopment of Parade, the second phase of Saxton in Leeds, as well as launching its first homes to buy at the redevelopment of Park Hill in Sheffield.
The firm is looking for people to join their busy team selling and letting homes in these developments.
Nicola Wallis, director of sales at Urban Splash, said: “We have some fantastic homes available in Leeds and soon to be released in Sheffield. We want to find sales people who really understand our brand and are passionate about our homes “
In addition to the projects in Yorkshire, other schemes completing soon include Pattern House in Stalybridge near Manchester and Lakeshore in Bristol.
“Our customers are important to us and we are looking to employ people who will ensure the Urban Splash customer experience is a great one," said Wallis. "We want to find somebody who shares in our passion of making homes more widely available."
Anyone wishing to obtain further details on the roles should visit the Urban Splash website (http://www.urbansplash.co.uk/about-us/join-us/vacancies) where a full job specification is available.
